I Didn’t Believe in Vision Boards. Anyway, I Made Another One

I never really believed in vision boards. Or maybe I just never took them seriously.
But I tried making one for 2025—and man, was it fun.

Looking back now, I can proudly say I ticked off about 50% of it.
Healthy eating (check)
Working out consistently (check)

Getting married, happily (check)

Right now, I’m sitting on my couch, Christmas carols playing, putting together my vision board for 2026—sprinkling in full IT GIRL energy.

It looks nice. But it also makes me think—why does everyone love vision boards so much? Do they actually work? Do they really make a difference?

TBH, my answer—yes.

But not in a mystical, manifest-everything way.

I think of vision boards as an energy compass.

Or Google Maps. For vibes.

Put it somewhere you’ll see every day—not to pressure yourself, just to gently remind yourself where you’re headed.

So no, I don’t think vision boards are magic.

I think they’re just a way to remind yourself what actually matters—before life distracts you again.

Same life. Same chaos.

Just… better aim.
